First, I wanted to say thank you for stopping by my little corner of the web. I appreciate it more than you’ll ever know. I truly do.
The name is Kate, though I go by esperdreams, and I’ve been a long term gamer since the 80s. I always wanted to share my experiences, thoughts, and all in between with the gaming community and finally decided it was time to do so. This is blog number two as the first one got lost. I’ve been playing games since I was five when my dad brought home the Atari2600. It wasn’t until the NES that my passion grew and when Sega entered my life I was a gamer. The types of a games I enjoy are RPGS, survival horror (even though I am prone to jump scares), shooters (though I’m horrible), and adventure games. I don’t play a lot of co-op. I do enjoy indie games as much as I enjoy big budget games. I’m always open to try new things and find myself going by what my friends or people I respect are gaming. I mostly game on the PS4 and Switch. I don’t game a lot on my PC as it’s pretty much just a paperweight.
I’m a big horror film, photography (kind of person that whips out my cell or camera to take a random picture), and a budding artist. I love music of all kinds and enjoy listening to the most randomness of mixes from gothic metal to 80s pop. I do love Halloween, Christmas and celebrate Friday the 13th every Friday it lands on each year. I do have two tattoos that hold special meaning to me. One is a butterfly above mt left ankle and recently I added Jason’s mask from Part 6 of Friday the 13th on my left arm.
I do occasionally stream on twitch. You can always check me out here. I tend to stream on the weekends and mostly play whatever I’m in the mood for. I’m active on on twitter. I tend to post randomness over @esperdreams along with my interests. It’s also a great way to get in contact with me.
