One of the best things about being a gamer is the community. I have met some amazing people from all walks of life because I’m a gamer. There’s something wonderful about being a part of something where we all share one thing in common and are able to forge friendships because of it. Its’ really refreshing to just talk about a scene from a game or discuss favorite characters that I really enjoy and hear different viewpoints.
I wanted to do something for the people who really have helped me grow as a blogger and streamer. On Twitter, we have a hashtag called Follow Friday (#FF) and since I hit a huge milestone with 100 followers on Twitch I wanted to give back. I will continue to promote more great people as well on this blog in hopes that people can enjoy their content as much as I do. And, I know I’m late to do this but better late than never.
GG – Is someone who got me into streaming and also someone who I really admire. She streams classic retro gaming on real consoles with wonderful banter and conversation. I really enjoyed her Ys and Phantasty Star streams as she has this “never give up” attitude and you can tell she really enjoys what’s she’s playing. Watching her play reminds me of being a kid and having my friends over playing Streets of Rage. It just feels very inviting and warm.

TheDeviot – He’s really helped me with getting some Wii U games and I trust his suggestions. He has a wealth of knowledge that really helps his audience when he streams. He has a great personality and it really shines when he’s playing. I always enjoyed watching him play as he has so much fun with the games he’s streaming and it’s just a really a enjoyable time.
Jeff – I really admire his writing style. He writes with a passion that does not go unnoticed. He talks a lot about retro hunting and it really inspires me to continue my own hunting of games and systems. His style of writing makes me feel like he’s having a conversation and everyone is invited to join in. He writes on other topics that are dear to my heart within the gaming community and he is unbiased in his opinion.
Most of all, I would like to thank you, my readers and Twitch/YouTube followers, for making this all worthwhile. It gives me great satisfaction to share these games and the impact they have had on my life.
